Job Description

Seeking candidates that have - 2 years' experience in Private Equity or Fund Administration.

Responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

  • Maintain relationships with private equity firms and life assurance companies.
  • Understand client relationships and expectations to ensure timely and accurate deliverables.
  • Prioritise and execute tasks to ensure funds are priced accurately at each valuation point, and analyse and confirm pricing discrepancies and significant movements.
  • Manage the execution of capital calls and distributions.
  • Prepare annual tax statements for client investments in private equity products.
  • Prepare and review financial statements for company investment structures.

About you:
1. 1-2 years' experience in fund administration, private equity.

  • Experience of internal controls, procedures and liaising with internal audit.
  • A qualified or partially qualified fund accountant.
  • A team player who can also work independently and manage their own workload effectively.
  • Demonstrates a willingness to manage the full end-to-end servicing of a fund.
  • Proactive with strong multi-tasking skills and the ability to meet tight reporting deadlines.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with strong presence and presentation skills.
