Job Description

Seeking an Associate Manager, HR to execute talent strategy, provide consistent experience to managers and employees, and support engagement initiatives.

As a key member of the HR team, the Associate Manager, HR will provide HR partnership to managers, focusing on work environment, employee relations, employee retention, and business processes.

The ideal candidate will possess a solid understanding of all HR functions and work with managers and/or HR partners in areas such as employee relations, compensation, and performance management.

Responsibilities:

  • Human Resources Expertise: Serves as subject-matter expert to managers, applies policies and procedures across the organization, and advises on equitable application.
  • Relationship Management: Builds strong partnerships with managers to ensure HR resources are effectively provided to each group.
  • Business Acumen: Provides guidance on HR matters, partnering with subject-matter experts to develop needed solutions.
  • Consultation: Partners with managers and HR to implement business solutions, utilizing HR expertise and perspective.
  • HR Insights: Analyzes and presents data to managers and recommends solutions that support the culture and defined HR strategy.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree from an accredited university.
  • 6+ years of increasingly responsible human resources experience.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage complex employee relations/performance management matters.
  • Strong facilitation, consulting, relationship-building, influence, negotiation skills, conflict resolution, and project management skills.
