Job Summary: Execute talent strategy, provide consistent experience to managers and employees, and support engagement by executing business unit HR strategy.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Apply policies and procedures across organization, advise and counsel others on equitable application
- Implement solutions aligned with global HR best practices, mitigate risk
- Build strong partnerships with managers to ensure HR resources are provided effectively
- Provide guidance on HR matters, partner with subject-matter experts to develop solutions
- Coach managers on HR and business-related issues
- Execute programs, policies, and procedures to drive engaged organizational culture
- Analyze data, present insights, and recommend solutions to support culture and defined HR strategy
Requirements:
- 6+ years of increasingly responsible human resources experience
- Demonstrated ability to manage complex employee relations/performance management matters
- Strong facilitation, consulting, relationship-building, influence, negotiation skills
