This role involves developing relationships with hotel partners to increase their success on our platform through comprehensive commercial conversations and interactions.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop relationships with hotel partners or their account teams.
- Attend regular meetings at partner hotels to understand needs and expectations.
- Assist in creating opportunities to build hotel partners' accounts.
- Develop an understanding of hotel partners' business issues.
- Recommend products, services, and insights to meet hotel partners' needs.
- Complete basic account plans to outline tactics for acquiring and/or maintaining business.
- Develop a basic understanding of the financial impact of decisions/solutions on the organization and its hotel partners.
- Conduct straightforward cost, benefit, and risk analyses of possible solutions and their implications.
- Identify key stakeholders in decision-making for the account.
- Build a working knowledge of products, technologies, offerings, etc., within scope of responsibility.
- Develop a broad understanding of competitors' standard products and services.
- Understand the value and application of products, technologies, and offerings.
- Develop rapport and maintain ongoing business relationships with colleagues and external hotel partners.
- Learns about hotel partners' key leaders/decision-makers from internal CRM systems.
- Develop a basic understanding of hotel partners' industry and competitive market.
