Job Description

We are seeking an Associate (Supervisor) Corporate Action EDM to join our team in Dublin, Ireland, in a hybrid role. The successful candidate will process corporate actions, reconcile transactions, conduct research, and communicate with clients and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process a wide range of corporate action events, including mergers, stock splits, and other equity and fixed-income events.
  • Perform daily, monthly, and ad-hoc reconciliations to ensure the accuracy of corporate actions transactions.
  • Conduct thorough research and analysis on corporate action events to determine their impact on client accounts and portfolios.
  • Liaise with clients, custodians, and other stakeholders to ensure timely and accurate communication of corporate actions events.
  • Ensure all corporate actions are processed in compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies and procedures.
  • Prepare and review various reports related to corporate actions activities.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and work with the team to implement changes.
  • Stay updated with industry trends and best practices and participate in ongoing training and development programs.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in corporate actions, accounting, or a related field within the financial services industry.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
