We’re seeking a future team member for the role of Associate (Supervisor) Corporate Action EDM to join our CORPORATE ACTION EDM team. This role is in Dublin, Ireland, HYBRID. Key Responsibilities Processing Corporate Actions: Accurately process a wide range of corporate action events, including mergers, stock splits, and other equity and fixed-income events. Reconciliation: Perform daily, monthly, and ad-hoc reconciliations to ensure the accuracy of corporate actions transactions and resolve any discrepancies promptly. Research and Analysis: Conduct thorough research and analysis on corporate action events to determine their impact on client accounts and portfolios. Client Communication: Liaise with clients, custodians, and other stakeholders to ensure timely and accurate communication of corporate actions events and related information. Compliance: Ensure all corporate actions are processed in compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies and procedures. Reporting: Prepare and review various reports related to corporate actions activities, ensuring accuracy and completeness. Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvements and work with the team to implement changes that enhance efficiency and accuracy. Training and Development: Stay updated with industry trends and best practices and participate in ongoing training and development programs. Qualifications Education: Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or a related field. Experience: Minimum of 1 year of experience in corporate actions, accounting, or a related field within the financial services industry. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Certifications: CPA, CFA, or related certifications are a plus.
