Job Description
Join Spotify's EMEA Policy Enforcement Operations team as an Associate Policy Support Specialist, supporting day-to-day policy enforcement operations, case review, and moderation, and working closely with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure a safe and positive experience for all users and creators.
Key responsibilities include:
- Conducting objective and timely investigations into reported content to ensure compliance with Spotify's policies
- Triage and handling high-profile and/or time-sensitive escalations, including communication with internal stakeholders
- Supporting vendor and operations teams through enforcement guidance and training
- Partnering cross-functionally with policy teams and vendors to improve operational efficiency via process improvements and solving for root causes to complex cases
- Providing feedback on workflows and supporting policy enforcement design
Requirements include:
- Strong preference for French language fluency
- 1-2 years of experience in an operations role supporting content moderation
- Passion for building a safe space for users and creators, with a strong understanding of the online safety landscape
- Experience driving high-priority cases to resolution and managing stakeholders effectively
- Excellent communication and project management skills, with the ability to lead multiple projects simultaneously
- Ability to operate autonomously and thrive in a fast-paced environment
