Elevate Partners are currently working with a new to market Private Equity firm who are actively looking to add an a Associate to their Dublin team. This role is well suited to candidates who have worked in both M&A and PE who have a demonstrable deal track record and network in the Irish market. The role:To deploy capital into the Irish SME eco systemCreate research-based industry reports to identify investment opportunitiesCreating and presenting new investment opportunities and ideas along with participating in fund raising presentations and marketingLead the creation of financial statements, valuations, returns, and competitive ratiosEvaluate and monitor the ongoing performance of portfolio company investmentsThe requirements:5-7 years in Private Equity or Investment BankingA track record of completed transactions in the Irish marketA demonstrable network within the Irish private sectorStrong communication and presentation skillAbility to meet tight deadlinesThe Benefits:There is a strong salary & bonus on offer for the successful candidate.
