Job Description
Seeking Associate Scientists- Technical Support for a 12-month contract in Longford, conducting internal projects, investigations, and providing technical support with minimal oversight.
This role involves executing internal projects, investigating standard complaints, and maintaining Quality Records, while staying updated on industry regulatory standards.
Key responsibilities include:
- Project Management: Execute internal projects and technical support activities autonomously.
- Product and Process Improvements: Investigate standard complaints, prioritize medical and reportable complaints, support ticket trending processes, and maintain Quality Records.
- Design Control and Risk Management: Develop and maintain risk management files under guidance.
- Sharing Knowledge: Prepare reports and presentations for internal groups, sharing expertise and knowledge within the workgroup.
- Strategic and Results Orientation: Demonstrate fiscal responsibility by supporting product availability and enhancements.
- Complaint and Internal Investigations: Undertake multiple technical tasks for investigations, provide audit inputs, and necessary support.
Ideal background: Desired qualifications include a Higher Certificate, Ordinary, Honours Bachelors Degree or Masters Degree in a scientific or technical field or a relevant combination of education and experience.
