Job Description
A global healthcare leader is seeking to hire Associate Scientists-Technical Support to conduct internal projects, investigations, and provide technical support.
Key Responsibilities:
- Execute internal projects and technical support activities autonomously.
- Investigate standard complaints, prioritize medical and reportable complaints, and maintain Quality Records.
- Develop and maintain risk management files.
- Prepare reports and presentations for internal groups.
- Demonstrate fiscal responsibility by supporting product availability and enhancements.
- Undertake multiple technical tasks for investigations and provide audit inputs.
Ideal Background:
- Desired qualifications include a Higher Certificate, Ordinary, Honours Bachelor's Degree or Masters Degree in a scientific or technical field.
- 0-2 years' related work experience.
About the Role:
This is an initial 12-month contract. As an Associate Scientist, you will play a crucial role in conducting internal projects, investigations, and providing technical support while exercising independent judgement and minimal oversight.
