As an Associate Scientist, you will play a crucial role in conducting internal projects, investigations, and providing technical support while exercising independent judgement and minimal oversight.
Responsibilities
- Execute internal projects and technical support activities autonomously.
- Investigate standard complaints, prioritize medical and reportable complaints, support ticket trending processes, and maintain Quality Records.
- Stay updated on industry regulatory standards.
- Develop and maintain risk management files under guidance.
- Prepare reports and presentations for internal groups, sharing expertise and knowledge within the workgroup.
- Demonstrate fiscal responsibility by supporting product availability and enhancements.
- Undertake multiple technical tasks for investigations, provide audit inputs, and necessary support.
Requirements
- Higher Certificate, Ordinary, Honours Bachelors Degree or Masters Degree in a scientific or technical field or a relevant combination of education and experience.
- 0-2 years related work experience.
