Job Description
We're seeking Associate Scientists-Technical Support to join our team in Longford. Key responsibilities include project management, product and process improvements, design control and risk management, sharing knowledge, and complaint and internal investigations. Ideal background includes a scientific or technical degree with 0-2 years' related work experience.
- Execute internal projects and technical support activities autonomously.
- Investigate standard complaints, prioritize medical and reportable complaints, support ticket trending processes, and maintain Quality Records.
- Develop and maintain risk management files.
- Prepare reports and presentations for internal groups.
- Undertake multiple technical tasks for investigations, provide audit inputs, and necessary support.
Desired qualifications include a Higher Certificate, Ordinary, Honours Bachelor's Degree or Masters Degree in a scientific or technical field or a relevant combination of education and experience.
