As an Associate / Senior Associate in Talent Acquisition, you will play a pivotal role in identifying and attracting top talent to Lilly.
- End-to-End Recruitment & Selection Process Management

Requirements
- Education
- Bachelor's degree in a HR related field.
- Experience
- Minimum of 3- 5 years high volume recruitment experience.
- Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and/or Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS) preferred.
- Knowledge of Workday is a distinct advantage.
