Job Description

As an Associate / Senior Associate in Talent Acquisition, you will play a pivotal role in identifying and attracting top talent to Lilly.

  • End-to-End Recruitment & Selection Process Management
    • Oversee the entire recruitment lifecycle, from requisition to offer acceptance.
    • Collaborate with hiring managers and HR teams to ensure seamless execution.
  • Proactive Candidate Pool Generation
    • Actively build a robust pipeline of potential candidates across the GBS.
    • Leverage your expertise to identify and engage with high-caliber talent.

  • Subject Matter Expertise
    • Deepen your understanding of the GBS business and market dynamics.

  • Comprehensive Candidate Pipeline Building & Sourcing
    • Collaborate with fellow recruiters to create a diverse and qualified talent pool.
    • Conduct data mining, targeted searches, and outreach to identify potential candidates.
    • Explore innovative sourcing channels and methods.

Requirements

  • Education
    • Bachelor's degree in a HR related field.
  • Experience
    • Minimum of 3- 5 years high volume recruitment experience.
    • Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and/or Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS) preferred.
    • Knowledge of Workday is a distinct advantage.
  • Additional Skills/Preferences
    • High-Volume Recruiting Experience
      • Previous success in recruiting for a variety of roles.
      • Familiarity with high-volume hiring dynamics.
    • Strategic Sourcing
      • Proficiency in sourcing candidates through platforms like Linked In, job boards, and niche websites.
      • Ability to create tailored sourcing strategies.
    • Communication and Analytical Skills
      • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
      • Strong analytical and organizational skills.
    • Pharmaceutical Sector Knowledge
      • Recruitment experience within the pharmaceutical industry is advantageous.
