As an Associate / Senior Associate in Talent Acquisition, you will play a pivotal role in identifying and attracting top talent to Lilly.
- End-to-End Recruitment & Selection Process Management
- Oversee the entire recruitment lifecycle, from requisition to offer acceptance.
- Collaborate with hiring managers and HR teams to ensure seamless execution.
- Proactive Candidate Pool Generation
- Actively build a robust pipeline of potential candidates across the GBS.

Requirements
- Education
- Bachelor's degree in a HR related field.
- Experience
- Minimum of 3- 5 years high volume recruitment experience.
- Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and/or Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS) preferred.
- Knowledge of Workday is a distinct advantage.

- High-Volume Recruiting Experience
- Previous success in recruiting for a variety of roles.
- Familiarity with high-volume hiring dynamics.
- Strategic Sourcing
- Proficiency in sourcing candidates through platforms like Linked In, job boards, and niche websites.

- Pharmaceutical Sector Knowledge
- Recruitment experience within the pharmaceutical industry is advantageous.
