More than 3,000 global organizations large and small trust Coupa to transform operating margins, increase efficiencies and growth, optimize cash, and reduce risk.As a Solution Architect within the Supply Chain Support team, you will be primarily responsible for resolving incidents arising from customer's usage of our product offerings (includes both desktop and cloud products). This will include assisting delivery teams in resolving questions that arise during project delivery. You will provide expertise in troubleshooting and reviewing issues prior to escalation to software development and cloud operations teams to ensure technical accuracy.
