Associate Consultant Role Summary
Deliver strategic projects, manage issue resolution, and provide administrative support to Depositary Operations in EMEA.

Role and Department
The Associate Consultant role sits within Depositary Operations: PMO and Support team, responsible for delivering EMEA Depositary's strategic projects, IT, Regulatory Change, Location, and cross-jurisdictional initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Work independently on allocated projects and collaborate with team members on complex projects.
- Identify areas for improvement, find solutions, and drive implementation.
- Provide administrative and technical support to the business.
- Coordinate and deliver MI and information + data management for Depositary.
- Support the execution of EMEA Depositary IT strategic roadmap by performing analysis, capturing use cases, and liaising between the business and development team.
- Contribute to the successful execution of EMEA Depositary location strategic roadmap by supporting the migration of activities between Depositary locations.
Skills and Qualifications
- Experience in requirements gathering, user story creation, and product backlog management in an Agile environment.
- Demonstrated analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Understanding of 6 Sigma methodologies and practice.
- Ability to work on own initiative and successfully meet deadlines.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with internal and external parties.
- Experience with Excel VBA, SQL, Xceptor, Alteryx, and in-depth productivity tool experience.
- Delivery of projects/tasks in a timely manner.
- Clear understanding of relevant regulations and fiduciary responsibilities.
- Broad and detailed fund knowledge.
