Assurance Specialist
Aviva is seeking an Assurance Specialist to join our team in Dublin. This is a 24-month fixed-term contract based in our Cherrywood office.
As an Assurance Specialist, you will be responsible for identifying trends and areas of concern, completing reviews, and working with the team to implement improvements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Complete proactive thematic reviews based on trend analysis and concerns raised by stakeholders
- Review and test adherence to regulations, terms and conditions, internal business policies, and standards
- Support the business in implementing recommendations found in thematic reviews
- Deliver outcomes testing and evaluating the customer experience and journey
- Share learnings across functions and with the business
Requirements:
- Experience with internal auditing is desirable
- Experience in insurance/financial services is preferable
- Understanding of root cause analysis and risk management
- Ability to analyze processes and interpret them
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
