The successful individual willberesponsible foridentifyingtrends/areas of concern andcompleting reviewsof these areas.They willlook at these areas with an independent view but work with the team to help make improvements as the reviewis underway.This is a24Month Fixed Term Contract. The position is based on site in our Cherrywood office, with an opportunity tobenefitfrom Avivas smart working arrangements which offers a mix of home and office working. While this role is in the greater Dublin area, it would suit those with customer service skills living inWicklow/Kildare/northWexford area also. We have free parking for staff who commute by car or motorcycle or there are public transport links close-by (the LUAS Green Line and 84a bus stop is one minute away). Duties and Responsibilities: CompleteProactive Thematic reviewsbased on Trend Analysis Concernsraised byStakeholders Reviews before Internal Audit/2LODRisk Monitoring Review Test adherence to Regulations, T&Cs, Internal Business policies and standards Processdocumentation. Support the business toimplement recommendations found in thematic reviews Deliver Outcomes testing evaluating theCustomer Experience and Journey throughout Analysis of iCare Risk Events and Issuestoidentifytrends in RootCausesand work with the relevant Business areastodraw up an action plan to address themes found. Share learningsacross functions and withIWR Share best practice to support the business in implementing effective solutions(withoutReinventing the wheel) Supporting the business toidentifyand reportemerging, strategic and immediate business risk Support creation of action plansrequiredto ensure risksremainwithin tolerance Skills& Experience: Experience with internal auditing is desirable Experience in Insurance/Financial services is preferable Understanding of what makes a good Root Cause Analysis Knowledge of Risk management Experience in change management Ability to analyse processes and interpret them.
