My Client is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Audit and Accounts Executive to join their dynamic team in Dublin. This is a brilliant opportunity to join an award-winning, medium size firm, that has clients nationally and internationally. The successful Audit & Accounts Executive will play a crucial role in delivering high-quality services, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, and contributing to the firm's growth. Key Responsibilities: Plan, conduct, and manage audits for a portfolio of clients across various industries. Perform risk assessments and develop audit strategies. Ensure all audit work is in compliance with auditing standards and regulations. Prepare financial statements in accordance with Irish GAAP, IFRS, and other relevant accounting standards. Assist clients with the preparation of management accounts, budgets, and forecasts. Conduct financial analysis and interpret data to provide insights to clients. Develop and maintain strong client relationships, acting as the primary point of contact for audit and accounting queries. Assist in the onboarding of new clients and the development of engagement letters. Qualifications and Skills: ACA, ACCA, CPA, (working towards certification or newly qualified). 2+ years of experience in audit and/or accounting, preferably within a professional services firm. Understanding of Irish GAAP, IFRS, and relevant regulatory frameworks. Proficiency in audit software and accounting systems (e.g., CaseWare, Sage, QuickBooks). Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
