Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Audit and Compliance Support Officer to assist with audit and compliance tasks in the global Alpha Platform Engineering organization.

The ideal candidate will have knowledge of SDLC and product development in Financial Services or similar regulated sectors, and will be able to work with various CRD departments and represent Engineering in enterprise-level regulatory programs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and conduct tasks such as collecting evidence and crafting responses for both internal and external audit inquiries
  • Create essential reports to ensure compliance and continuously review them to identify and correct potential issues proactively
  • Work alongside Business Risk Management, Saa S Ops, the corporate SDLC Office, and other relevant departments as needed

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field
  • A minimum of 3 years of relevant professional experience in a regulated industry, preferably Finance
  • Strong organizational abilities, dedicated to meeting deadlines and expectations, while maintaining high standards of delivery
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication abilities, coupled with the confidence to interact effectively across all tiers of the organization
