The new leadership team is progressive and has ambitious plans for growth over the coming 3 years.The audit side of their business has grown by approximately 20% year on year for the past 3 years, with a very full pipeline in place. Work is coming from both their international and domestic network with a focus on serving clients in the mid-market.They have already made recent Partner-level appointments and are serious about hitting their ambitious goals.To facilitate this growth, they are in the market for an experienced Audit Partner or Audit Director with RI who is up for a fresh challenge.Who this role might suit?This role might suit a person already at Audit Partner level in a large (Top 25) domestic firm, looking for a fresh challenge or opportunity, or an experienced Audit Director with RI Status looking to achieve Partner level.The person who will be successful in the position will have the following skills and personality traits:Client Manager - proven ability to manage and grow a client portfolioEntrepreneurial spirit - leading business-winning initiatives, including identifying and cross-selling business opportunities and leading tender processesEye for detail - providing strong technical guidance to ensure the delivery of quality auditsCoach and Manager - helping your team with their technical, commercial, and personal developmentInterested in hearing more about this firm's journey and how you might be able to help them succeed?
