We're looking for a Risk & Audit Compliance Manager to drive the risk management framework and lead the auditing process for recycling schemes.
Your Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement a risk management programme tailored to the business's needs.
Review and score existing risk registers, ensuring a timely action plan is in place.
Conduct audits, leveraging external resources for a risk-based approach.
Document auditing processes, review evidence, and identify potential issues.
Evaluate member accounting systems, governance, and internal controls.
Interpret audit outcomes and continually improve the risk-based audit approach.
Your Background:
Strong experience in Risk or Audit roles.
Background in developing, implementing, and embedding risk or compliance programmes.
Experience in conducting compliance audits across multiple stakeholders is beneficial.
Working Arrangements:
Flexible 37-hour week with core hours Monday to Thursday (09:00-16:00) and Friday (09:00-13:00).
Hybrid model: 3 days in office, 2 days at home.
