Job Description
As a key member of the senior team, you will work closely with partners to provide valued opinions and drive business growth.
- Research and resolve technical queries from clients
- Develop and grow the firm's client portfolio
- Participate in client fee negotiation
- Lead a team in planning, managing, and executing audit engagements
- Supervise and train junior members of the team
- Manage and review the work of the audit team
- Project management – manage a varied portfolio of clients
- Manage work in progress and billings
- Identify client needs and new business opportunities
Requirements
- Strong technical skills (FRS102/lFRS)
- Ability to make professional judgements based on findings
- Attention to detail and analytical assessment
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Experience of Relate Software
