Key Responsibilities:
- Complete audit/assignment sections with minimal review, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to firm processes.
- Develop strong relationships with team members and clients, providing guidance and support.
- Manage team work allocations, ensuring tasks are completed to a high standard.
- Understand and apply audit methodology to challenge managers and identify opportunities for additional client services.
- Train and mentor trainees, helping them understand their role requirements and how to succeed.
Requirements:
- ACCA Qualified or Newly Qualified (or equivalent)
- Audit experience in a practice environment (2-3 years)
