Role and Responsibilities
- Take charge of overseeing audit assignments across a range of sectors.
- Strategize and prepare for audit tasks, ensuring the team is well-informed about assignment-specific risks.
- Compose precise financial statements and audit reports of exceptional quality.
- Effectively handle multiple audit assignments simultaneously, making efficient use of time and resources.
- Establish productive working relationships with client personnel to streamline the audit process.
- Keep the Partner informed about significant issues pertaining to ongoing work.
- Execute audit assignments to a superior standard, adhering to regulatory requirements and designated timelines.
Requirements
- Qualified/ Newly Qualified Accountant (ACA, ACCA or equivalent).
- Understanding of risk, Irish GAAP, FRS102, and CA2014, and awareness of current issues.
- Knowledge of audit strategies, Terms of Engagement, FRS102, Irish and UK GAAP, and CA2014.
- Ability to work with diverse clients across multiple sectors.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
