Opportunity My client is seeking an Audit Senior for a permanent, full-time role in Dublin, offering a hybrid work model. The position reports to the Head of Audit. The firm is a leading accountancy and advisory company, serving a diverse client base from SMEs to multinationals. The firm promotes a collaborative culture, supporting career growth and building lasting client relationships. Responsibilities Lead and deliver audit assignments across various sectors. Plan audits, brief staff on key risks, and prepare financial statements and audit reports. Manage multiple assignments, ensuring efficient use of resources and adherence to budgets. Build strong relationships with client staff and keep the Partner informed of key issues. Ensure compliance with FRS102, Irish GAAP, and CA2014. Mentor and supervise junior staff, supporting their development. Requirements ACA, ACCA, or equivalent qualification with 3+ years of practice experience. Strong understanding of Irish GAAP, FRS102, and audit strategies. Excellent communication, project management, and multi-tasking skills.
