Salary & Benefits: €55k - €65k DOE Paid CSR time Development opportunities Emphasis on Work Life balance Performance based bonus Main responsibilities: Utilise your knowledge and skills to confidently complete all audit/assignment sections with minimal review, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and in accordance with the Firms processes. Develop strong relationships with both your team and clients, becoming the go-to person for guidance and support. Take responsibility for your own work and manage team work allocations, ensuring all tasks are completed to a high standard. Have a thorough understanding of the methodology and use it to appropriately challenge your manager more frequently. Leverage the relationships you have built to identify opportunities for additional client services and proactively discuss these with the manager or Partner. Take responsibility for training and mentoring trainees, helping them understand their role requirements and how to succeed.
