Job Description
Seeking experienced Audit Senior Manager to lead client relationships and stakeholder management in Financial Services (FS) Wealth and Asset Management.
As a key member of our Assurance team, you will work with industry leading asset management clients, both locally and globally. Our Financial Services Assurance practice has grown significantly over the last 3 years, and we are looking to grow and develop our team to build upon this success.
Key responsibilities include:
- Leading client relationships and stakeholder management through ongoing communication and resolution of key audit issues.
- Active involvement in financial services business development activities to identify new business opportunities.
- Providing guidance and expertise to professional staff and participating in the conduct of a wide range of assurance services.
- Developing team members by encouraging individuals to think for themselves and take responsibility for their contributions to the team.
- Planning engagement objectives to ensure compliance with professional standards and appropriately addressing risk.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Qualified Accountant (e.g. ACA, ACCA, CPA) with a minimum of 7 years assurance experience gained in Big 4 practice.
- Detailed knowledge of the relevant accounting standards impacting the sector.
- Track record of establishing and developing client relationships.
- Track record of managing and delivering client projects.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills, especially report writing skills.
