GPC Finance are partnering with one of Ireland's leading international audit, tax, and advisory firms who are looking to hire an experienced Audit Senior Manager.This role offers the right candidate the opportunity to lead an exciting portfolio of insurance clients, interacting directly with the managers and partners. As the successful Audit Senior Manager, you will deliver audit and assurance services to life, non-life, and reinsurance market participants which include some of the largest insurance groups in Europe and globally.Responsibilities:Managing a portfolio of clients in the insurance industry, which may include property and casualty, reinsurance, life, health, or captives.Keeping up to date with current market issues in the Insurance sector.Advising clients on relevant technical issues for their business area.Coordinating and managing the complexities of global teams and engagements.Initiating open and honest coaching conversations at all levels.Develop and maintain business relationships with senior-level clients and management.Requirements:Qualified ACA or ACCA.Min 6 years assurance experience gained in Big 4 practice.Previous experience in the provision of audit and assurance services to the insurance sector.Detailed knowledge and understanding of key accounting frameworks including FRS 102 / 103, IFRS with a working knowledge of US GAAP a distinct advantage.The flexibility to constantly learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.Take a proactive approach to problem-solving and delivering client solutions.Technologically proficient.Salary €55k+Educational SupportHybridIf you are an Audit Senior Manager looking for your next career move, please contact Niamh Fitzpatrick.
