The Position We wish to appoint an Audit Senior Manager with 5+ years PQE to join our team that audits large corporates and institutions. You will work closely with experienced Partners, Directors and Managers on a portfolio of audit clients across a broad range of sectors such as pharma, manufacturing, technology, services and distribution Having recently been named one of Ireland's Top 5 PIE Auditors, this is an exciting time to join the team! Key Responsibilities Responsibility for a portfolio of audit clients including co-ordination of service offerings from other departments Management of assignments resourced from a combined pool of staff to achieve client satisfaction Measurement against collective (departmental) targets for FCR, billing, net fee income and cash collection as well as personal and firm-wide goals Development of our team through training and mentoring Involvement in firm / department practice development and marketing initiatives Ideal candidate Qualified Accountant with 5+ years PQE, ideally in a medium or large practice environment Top tier interpersonal skills Strategic thinker with strong business acumen Relationship builder Ability to work in a team environment Excellent organisational and planning capabilities Ability to provide guidance to others Excellent communication skills (written and oral) Ability to work to deadlines and deliver under pressure Excellent computer-literacy skills Don't wait.
