Job Description
Seeking experienced P&ID Technician to implement comprehensive drawing register and change control system in fast-paced, highly regulated environment.
We are looking for a skilled P&ID AutoCAD technician to join our client's team in West Cork. As a P&ID Technician, you will be responsible for creating, updating, and managing 2D/3D P&IDs and engineering drawings using AutoCAD. You will also support project teams and ensure accurate, up-to-date documentation for handovers and approvals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create, update, and manage 2D/3D P&IDs and engineering drawings using AutoCAD.
- Support project teams and ensure accurate, up-to-date documentation for handovers and approvals.
- Implement change controls and snagging for in-house and external projects.
- Collaborate with Quality, Health & Safety, and Engineering teams to ensure all drawings are audit-ready.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of piping design experience with AutoCAD 2D/3D.
- Engineering qualification and proficiency in Plant 3D and/or Plant P&ID (a plus).
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Familiarity with hygienic piping, ATEX, and plant layouts is a bonus.
