**Job Title:** Automation Engineer
We are seeking an experienced Automation Engineer with a solid understanding of quality assurance methodologies, processes, and best practices. The ideal candidate will have in-depth knowledge of automated testing frameworks, tools, and scripting languages, as well as proficiency in test planning, test design, and test implementation across various types of testing, including API, web, performance, and scalability testing.
Responsibilities: • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure quality requirements are well-defined and integrated into the development lifecycle. • Design and execute test plans, test suites, and test scripts to validate the functionality, performance and security of our product. • Drive the design and implementation of test cases, test suites, and test scripts to validate the functionality, performance and security of our product. • Continuously improve and enhance the quality process, methodologies, and tools to increase efficiency, effectiveness and test coverage. • Analyze and report on quality metrics, test results, and defects to stakeholders, providing actionable insights and recommendations for improvement.
**Requirements:** • BSc in computer science or other related field. • At least 2 years' experience as an Automation Engineer. • 2+ years of experience in Python. • 1+ years of experience with AWS/Azure/GCP. • Experience working with Pytest. • Experience in giving code reviews and mentoring team members. • Hands-on experience with automated testing frameworks, tools, and scripting languages. • In-depth knowledge of quality assurance methodologies, processes, and best practices. • Proficient in test planning, test design, and test implementation across various types of testing. • Solid understanding of software development methodologies, Agile practices, and continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines. • Experience with large scale systems or products for enterprise customers. • Passion for people, quality, technology, and architecture. • Excellent team player. • Fluent English - reading and writing.
