Automation Engineer Wanted

Forcepoint is seeking an experienced Automation Engineer to join its dynamic team in the field of data security. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in ensuring the quality and reliability of the company's SaaS product.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure quality requirements are well-defined and integrated into the development lifecycle.
  • Design and execute test plans, test suites, and test scripts to validate the functionality, performance, and security of the product.
  • Drive the design and implementation of test cases, test suites, and test scripts to validate the functionality, performance, and security of the product.
  • Continuously improve and enhance the quality process, methodologies, and tools to increase efficiency, effectiveness, and test coverage.
  • Analyze and report on quality metrics, test results, and defects to stakeholders, providing actionable insights and recommendations for improvement.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
  • At least 2 years of experience as an Automation Engineer.
  • 2+ years of experience in Python.
  • 1+ years of experience with AWS/Azure/GCP.
  • Experience working with Pytest is an advantage.
  • Experience in giving code reviews and mentoring team members is an advantage.
  • Hands-on experience with automated testing frameworks, tools, and scripting languages.
  • In-depth knowledge of quality assurance methodologies, processes, and best practices.
  • Proficient in test planning, test design, and test implementation across various types of testing, including API, web, performance, and scalability testing.
  • Solid understanding of software development methodologies, Agile practices, and continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines.
  • Experience with large-scale systems or products for enterprise customers.
  • Passion for people, quality, technology, and architecture.
  • Excellent team player.
  • Fluent English - reading and writing.
