This is a permanent position requiring expertise in Infrastructure Engineering, DevOps practices, and Automation Testing to enhance their digital operations and systems reliability. Role & Responsibilities: Design, develop, and implement automated systems and software to streamline business operations. Maintain and enhance the effectiveness of existing automation systems. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to determine automation capabilities and requirements. Prepare detailed documentation regarding automation processes and solutions. Monitor automated systems, review performance metrics, and provide reports to senior management. Stay updated with the latest innovations in automation technology and tools relevant to the insurance industry. Key Skills Proven experience in Infrastructure Engineering with a focus on maintaining robust and secure IT environments. Advanced knowledge and practical application of DevOps methodologies and tools. Hands-on experience with Automation Testing including scripting, testing design, and implementation. Strong analytical skills to oversee the seamless integration of automation processes. Excellent communication skills to coordinate with IT staff and other departments to ensure alignment of objectives and execution of projects.
