Job Title: AV Support Desk Technician Location: Onsite, Dublin City Centre Salary: Up to €34,000 DOE I am currently recruiting a Support Desk Technician for my client's site in Dublin City Centre. The successful candidate will be a part of a small team based onsite and will need to have excellent communication skills & effectively manage the client's IT & AV requirements. Do you have a qualification in IT/Computer Science or a relevant field? Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, Windows, macOS, and basic network troubleshooting is required. A can-do attitude with a willingness to learn on the job is essential. Excellent communication/customer service skills are needed for the role The role: Provide first-line support for desktops, laptops, printers, and mobile devices. Assist with AV setup, troubleshooting, maintenance & support. Ensure timely resolution of client tickets Escalate more serious issues to the correct contact as soon as possible. Diagnose hardware/software issues and troubleshoot solutions.
