Our client, a leading Irish law firm, seeks to recruit an experienced Aviation Finance Solicitor for its top-tier team in Dublin. With one of the largest dedicated aviation finance teams in Ireland, this group is recognised for its unmatched expertise in aircraft and transportation finance. In joining this great team, you will work on market-leading transactions, advising a diverse client base that includes banks, airlines, leasing companies, and more. Key Responsibilities Advise on complex aviation finance matters, including aircraft leasing, securitisations, and joint ventures. Work with top-tier clients including banks, airlines, and leasing companies on both domestic and cross-border transactions. Provide expert legal counsel on asset finance, portfolio sales, and restructurings. Manage and coordinate complex deals, ensuring excellent client service and technical precision. Ideal Candidate Qualified as a solicitor in Ireland, the UK, or in another Common Law jurisdiction. 2-5 years PQE in aviation finance law gained with a leading law firm, or in-house with an aviation lessor. Applications are also invited from general finance solicitors wishing to pivot into the busy and lucrative area of aviation finance. Strong technical and drafting skills, with a keen eye for detail. Excellent communication and organisational abilities, with the ability to handle complex matters and work effectively in a team.
