The team provides comprehensive legal advice to a wide range of high-profile clients including banks, airlines, leasing companies, manufacturers, export credit agencies, funds, arrangers, and lenders. Their work spans domestic and cross-border transportation, asset finance, and the securitization of aircraft lease portfolios, as well as the establishment of aircraft leasing and joint venture companies in Ireland. Position: Aviation Finance Lawyer Experience: NQ - 5 years’ PQE as a Solicitor Key Responsibilities: Advising on a wide variety of aviation finance transactions and asset finance matters. Providing expert legal advice to banks, airlines, leasing companies, and other key stakeholders in the aviation sector. Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating transaction documents related to aircraft leasing, financing, and securitization. Collaborating with the Aviation Group and other practice areas to deliver integrated and innovative legal solutions. Managing and nurturing client relationships, ensuring the highest standards of service and client satisfaction. Candidate Requirements: Qualified Solicitor with NQ - 5 years' PQE in aviation finance or asset finance. Strong understanding of aviation finance, debt capital markets, and asset securitization. Excellent drafting, negotiation, and analytical skills. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. High level of attention to detail and a client-focused approach.
