Our client, a leading law firm in Dublin, is seeking a highly skilled Aviation Finance Lawyer to join their market-leading team. This is an exceptional opportunity to work with a cutting-edge team who have a client base comprising of both domestic and international clients, including top-tier lessors, airlines, and financiers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Advise on all aspects of Asset Financing, including cross-border financings
- Provide advice to clients, including airlines, lessors, and asset financing banks
- Advise on airline licensing and registration
Requirements:
- Newly Qualified Solicitor to 7 years PQE in Asset Finance/Banking in a strong commercial law firm
- Excellent drafting skills
- Commercial awareness
- A calm and measured approach to problem-solving
- Ability to work on own initiative but also as part of a team
- Ability to communicate effectively with colleagues and clients
