Location: Dublin (Hybrid, 3 days per week in the office)About The RoleA leading aviation company in Dublin is expanding its fleet and organization, creating an exciting opportunity for a Legal Executive to join its Legal team. This role offers a pathway to a fulfilling career with extensive involvement across the organization.Primary ResponsibilitiesTransaction Management: Assist legal counsel in managing aircraft transactions, including sales, acquisitions, leases, and financing, through structuring, due diligence, documentation, and closing phases.Record-Keeping: Support the department in maintaining an organized legal filing system and implementing new protocols.Documentation Oversight: Ensure all transaction documents meet deadlines and internal standards. Manage and distribute document sets efficiently.Compliance and Filing: Ensure all necessary filings are completed and documentation bibles are created and stored according to company policies.Drafting and Reviewing: Prepare and revise primary transaction documents based on feedback from team members.Special Projects: Lead and participate in departmental and transactional projects, including research initiatives.Project Tracking: Maintain and update project trackers for the legal department.Administrative Tasks: Handle filings with the Companies Registration Office and manage notary and Department of Foreign Affairs requirements.Ad Hoc Tasks: Undertake additional projects and responsibilities as needed.QualificationsEducation: Degree in law or business is preferred.Experience: 2+ years legal experience.
