Job Description
As a Dev Ops Engineer, you will play a key role in shaping our Dev Ops strategy, leveraging your expertise to develop innovative solutions using Java and cloud technologies. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver successful projects, collaborating effectively to drive business outcomes.
Our Insurance vertical provides customers with solutions and decision tools that combine public and industry-specific content with advanced technology and analytics to evaluate and predict risk.
Responsibilities:
- Ensure well-tested, documented, and peer-reviewed code by encouraging best practices and applying software engineering principles.
- Design, implement, and maintain automated build, test, and deployment pipelines, as well as implementing security best practices throughout the software development lifecycle.
- Collaborate with cross-functional technical teams to deliver successful, high-profile, business-critical projects in a fast-moving, product-centric environment.
- Develop infrastructure automation scripts using tools like Terraform/Terragrunt.
Requirements:
- Experience with Azure cloud technologies.
- Experience with modern Dev practices and supporting technologies such as CI/CD, BDD, Terraform, and GitHub/GitLab.
- Ability to communicate effectively and collaborate with cross-functional teams in technical discussions.
- Proficiency in relevant technical skills and tools required for the role.
- Knowledge of Java/Spring Boot.
- Familiarity with containerization technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).
