Dev Ops Engineer role involves developing tools and microservices to propel products forward, working with cross-functional teams, and migrating from On Prem Data center and AWS Cloud platform to Azure.

Responsibilities

  • Ensuring well-tested, documented, and peer-reviewed code by encouraging best practices and applying software engineering principles
  • Designing, implementing, and maintaining automated build, test, and deployment pipelines, as well as implementing security best practices throughout the software development lifecycle
  • Collaborating with cross-functional technical teams to deliver successful, high-profile, business-critical projects in a fast-moving, product-centric environment
  • Developing infrastructure automation scripts using tools like Terraform/Terragrunt

Requirements

  • Experience with Azure cloud technologies
  • Experience with modern dev practices and supporting technologies such as CI/CD, BDD, Terraform, and Git Hub/Git Lab
  • Ability to communicate effectively and collaborate with cross-functional teams in technical discussions
  • Demonstrate proficiency in relevant technical skills and tools required for the role
  • Knowledge of Java/Spring boot
  • Familiarity with containerization technologies (e.g. Docker, Kubernetes)
