Due to continued growth, we are currently hiring an Azure DevOps Engineer to work as part of the ICT team. Opportunity type: Contract (1 to 2 years), Hybrid in Dublin D1 Target start date: 04 Nov 2024 Requirements: Candidate must have 4 to 6 years experience as an Azure DevOps Engineer Must have a degree in ICT High English proficiency, both verbal and written. Must have worked on at least 2 significant projects in the last 5 years that demonstrate experience of: o Azure DevOps Services, including pipelines, boards, repos, artifacts and Azure cloud infrastructure, including virtual machines, networking, storage, and identity management. o Implementation and management of CI/CD processes for different types of applications (e.g., web apps, microservices, databases). o Experience with various build and release management tools and practices. oExperience automating deployment processes, infrastructure provisioning, and configuration management using scripting languages and tools. o Management of Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using tools like ARM templates, or Bicep. o Management monitoring and logging solutions to track application performance, security, and availability. o Resolution of complex technical issues related to builds, deployments, and infrastructure Responsibilities Design, implement, and manage Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) pipelines using Azure DevOps. Develop and manage Infrastructure as Code (IaC) solutions using tools such as Azure Resource Manager (ARM) or Bicep templates. Implement and maintain comprehensive monitoring and logging solutions. Ensure security best practices are followed and compliance requirements are met. Facilitate effective collaboration within the development and ICT infrastructure teams and provide training and mentoring as needed.
