An esteemed company located in Tralee is seeking an experienced Azure System and DevOps Administrator to join the Innovation and FinTech Lab Development Team. As part of this dynamic team, you will play a vital role in maintaining a secure and finely tuned infrastructure for the development of advanced technologies produced by the lab. This is a superb opportunity to work on cutting-edge projects, collaborating closely with a small group of developers on all aspects of delivery.Responsibilities:Azure Cloud Environment: Assist in the design and build-out of the Azure cloud environment, ensuring a robust and scalable foundation for our projects.Azure Infrastructure Integration: Work with teams to seamlessly integrate Azure infrastructure services into development processes and procedures.Security and Compliance: Collaborate with Architecture and Security Teams to implement, monitor, and maintain policies for the secure operation of the lab’s cloud environment, including FW maintenance, VPN, VM and application upgrades, and patching.Managed Device Solution: Implement and monitor the managed device (MAM) solution, enabling controlled access to the lab environment.Automated CI/CD Pipelines: Develop and manage automated CI/CD pipelines and processes, following DevOps best practices, to streamline development workflows.Code Security Solutions: Collaborate closely with the development team to create and manage automated code security solutions, including Shift Left Analysis, SAST, DAST, and other vulnerability scanning tools.Orchestration and Deployment: Work on automation for orchestration and deployment through containerization on Kubernetes/OpenShift clusters.Education & Skills:5+ years of cloud administration (AWS/Azure/GCP) and DevOps experience.Strong experience in implementing, monitoring, and maintaining Azure solutions, covering compute, network, storage, and security aspects.Proficiency in troubleshooting and resolving Azure environment performance issues, connectivity issues, security issues, etc.Solid knowledge and experience with IdP, RBAC, including Azure AD/Okta, SAML, OAuth/OpenID, SSO, Conditional Access, and Least Privileged Security.Previous experience with configuration, deployment, and monitoring of managed device lifecycle (MAM). Ideally, experience with JAMF connected to Azure AD, but Microsoft Intune experience is also considered.Deep knowledge of CI/CD principles, configuration, and version management, with hands-on experience using Azure DevOps and/or Jenkins.Familiarity with containerization and orchestration technologies. Knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes, OpenShift, and ArgoCD.Proficiency in deploying and configuring code security tools like SonaType Nexus IQ and SonarQube.Competence in using Git and scripting languages such as PowerShell, bash/zsh, and AppleScript.
