Back End Senior Software Developer I'm excited to share a fantastic opportunity with a new client in the retail sector, headquartered in the US. They're currently looking to bring on board a Senior Back-End Software Developer with strong expertise in Java and GCP (Google Cloud Platform). The initial contract is 8 months with potential for extension. Location Galway, Republic of Ireland Day Rate Contract (8 Months+), Hybrid Working Skills: Java, Spring, GCP, Junit, GraphQL, Terraform Responsibilities: Lead project development, offering technical guidance to the team of developers. Collaborate with the technical architect on product planning and scaling strategies. Mentor and support the engineering team. Actively participate in agile development processes. Required Experience: 5-8 years of back-end development experience with Java, delivering high-quality, efficient code. Strong expertise in cloud technologies, with significant exposure to Google Cloud Platform (GCP). Proven experience mentoring developers and guiding teams. Proficient in unit testing, particularly using JUnit.
