And now we’re looking to you to help change the world with us!The OpportunityWe are looking for a talented backend software engineer with a passion for developing scalable, production-grade systems that bring the power of AI to marketers. As part of Anyword’s R&D team, you will work closely with other engineers, scientists, and product teams on making Anyword’s marketing language platform the best of its kind.ResponsibilitiesImplement new features end-to-end, writing production-grade Python and Ruby code and employing advanced prompt engineering techniques.Extend, scale and maintain our NLP software, integrating with the latest technologies in the field (LLMs, RAG, etc.)Take ownership over features.Build APIs and background services.RequirementsQualifications3+ years of industry experience in a production web environment, including monitoring and performance tuning.2+ years of experience with Python/Node/Go/Ruby for a Linux environment.Fluent English - MustExperience with NLP/LLM software and/or prompt engineering.Experience with complex cloud architectures with async communication.Experience working with both relational and non-relational databases.A real passion for solving problems and delivering value.The ability to write clean code, as well as continuously refactor and improve existing code.The ability to work well autonomously and as part of a team.Effective written and verbal English communication skills.Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment.Team player with exceptional interpersonal skills and a solution-oriented attitude.Independent, proactive, and self-motivated, with a record of timely delivery. #J-18808-Ljbffr
