We're looking for a talented backend software engineer to develop scalable systems that bring AI power to marketers.
We need someone with 3+ years of experience in production web environments, fluent English, and expertise in Python, Node, Go, or Ruby for Linux. You should have experience with NLP, LLM software, and prompt engineering. Complex cloud architectures and async communication are a must. You'll work autonomously and as part of a team, delivering value and solving problems with clean code. Your passion for delivering value and your ability to work well in a fast-paced environment are key to this role.
Responsibilities:
* Implement new features with production-grade Python and Ruby code, using advanced prompt engineering techniques.
* Extend, scale, and maintain our NLP software, integrating with the latest technologies in the field.
* Take ownership of features and build APIs and background services.
Requirements:
1. 3+ years of experience in a production web environment, including monitoring and performance tuning.
2. 2+ years of experience with Python/Node/Go/Ruby for a Linux environment.
3. Fluent English is a must.
4. Experience with NLP/LLM software and/or prompt engineering.
5. Experience with complex cloud architectures with async communication.
6. Experience working with both relational and non-relational databases.
7. A real passion for solving problems and delivering value.
8. The ability to write clean code, as well as continuously refactor and improve existing code.
9. The ability to work well autonomously and as part of a team.
10. Effective written and verbal English communication skills.
