We're looking for a talented backend software engineer with a passion for developing scalable systems that bring the power of AI to marketers. As part of Anyword's R&D team, you will work closely with other engineers, scientists, and product teams to make Anyword's marketing language platform the best of its kind.
Responsibilities include:
- Implementing new features end-to-end, writing Python and Ruby code and employing advanced prompt engineering techniques.
- Extending, scaling and maintaining our NLP software, integrating with the latest technologies in the field.
- Taking ownership over features.
- Building APIs and background services.
- 3+ years of industry experience in a production web environment, including monitoring and performance tuning.
- Experience with Python/Node/Go/Ruby for a Linux environment.
- Fluent English.
- Experience with NLP/LLM software and/or prompt engineering.
- Experience with complex cloud architectures with async communication.
- Experience working with both relational and non-relational databases.
- A real passion for solving problems and delivering value.
- The ability to write clean code, as well as continuously refactor and improve existing code.
