Salary: €35000-€40000 Our client is seeking an experienced Baker who has worked in Retail Bakery or similar role for 2+ years. The ideal candidate has experience in bread baking, confectionery and brings a passion to the role. If you are a Baker with excellent attention to detail, and a desire to join a thriving retailer this is the perfect role for you! This is a day shift position. Key Baker Responsibilities: Produce top quality baked goods bread and confectionery items Ensure all products are baked in line with guidelines and of the highest possible quality Assess the quality of raw materials before baking Ensure the proper storage of baking utensils Ensuring HACCP and food safety guidelines are being always followed The Ideal Baker: Must have experience working in a retail bakery, producing a high volume of products daily A qualification in baking is advantageous Bread baking experience is essential Must have excellent attention to detail Good communication skills Completed HACCP training essential Driving or willing to commute up to one hour If you are interested in this role or any other roles on the Excel recruitment website please apply via website or contact me, Adam to discuss potential job opportunities.
