Baker Excel Recruitment is actively seeking an experienced Baker to join our client, a national retailer in Limerick area This role is a perfect opportunity to join a fast paced and skilled team creating top of the line baked produce offering career progression and skill development Salary: €15ph-€19ph Our client is seeking a passionate experienced Baker who has worked in Retail Bakery or similar role for 1-2 years. The ideal Baker candidate has experience producing high-quality baked goods. If you are a Baker with excellent attention to detail, and a desire to join a thriving retailer this is the perfect role for you! This is a morning shift position, Key Baker Responsibilities: Producing top of the line bread and confectionery goods Ensure profitability by maintaining an accurate record of baking operations Manage supplies and inventory levels Ensure all products are baked in line with guidelines and of the highest possible quality Assess the quality of raw materials before baking Ensure the proper storage of baking utensils Ensuring HACCP and food safety guidelines are being always followed The Ideal Baker: Must have 1-2 year's experience working in a retail bakery, producing a high volume of products daily A qualification in baking is advantageous Must have excellent attention to detail Good communication skills are essential Completed HACCP training essential Driving or willing to commute up to an hour If you are interested in this role or any other roles on the Excel recruitment website please apply via website or contact me, Adam to discuss potential job opportunities.
