Top Tier Firm in Dublin City Centre seeks Banking Solicitor with 1-4 years PQE to draft and review finance documents, advise on lending and security queries, and manage files with clients.
Our client is a Top Tier Firm based in Dublin City Centre, looking for a Banking Solicitor to join their large and growing team. This role requires a Solicitor with 1-4 years PQE.
Key responsibilities:
- Drafting and reviewing finance and security documents
- Advising on legislative frameworks
- Advising on lending and security queries
- Advising on Company Law issues
- Managing files and interacting directly with clients
- Delivering high quality work
- Working alone and as part of a team
- Prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines
Requirements:
- Excellent drafting skills and attention to detail
- Proven experience of managing files and interacting directly with clients
- Confidence in taking responsibility for work requirements and client needs
- Ability to work flexibly and remain calm under pressure
The ideal candidate will have a good knowledge of legislative frameworks and be able to draft and review finance documents with ease. They will also be able to advise on lending and security queries and manage files with clients.
