Top Tier Firm in Dublin City Centre seeks Banking Solicitor with 1-4 years PQE to draft and review finance and security documents, advise on legislative frameworks and company law issues.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drafting and reviewing finance and security documents
- Advising on legislative frameworks and company law issues
- Managing files and interacting directly with clients
- Delivering high-quality work and meeting deadlines
Requirements:
- 1-4 years PQE
- Excellent drafting skills and attention to detail
- Proven experience of managing files and interacting directly with clients
- Ability to work alone and as part of a team, be pragmatic and to stay calm under pressure
